I wish people understood that mental wellness looks different for everyone because it depends on their unique context—whether it's finances, whānau, or personal expectations.

Or support when they feel overwhelmed. I also believe that true wellness doesn’t come from external factors or decisions but from self-awareness—recognizing our patterns and taking steps toward positive change.
